Automatically deleted 30 days after report delivery. Applicants may delete sooner; active disputes pause deletion.

Research boundary
AllowedOfficial employer sites, corporate registries, published business contacts, address existence and listing history.
Never searchedSocial media, LinkedIn, court/LTB databases, criminal records or general people-search services. Applicant identifiers and credit data are never submitted to generic web search.
Protected-information firewall
Verification does not collect for assessment or infer race, ethnicity, ancestry, citizenship or immigration status, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, marital or family status, disability, medical information, receipt of public assistance, age beyond adult status, or identity-document photos.
Sensitive-number protection
Full SINs are blocked. Account numbers are masked except the last four digits. Identity numbers are tokenized or masked while necessary verification fields are preserved.
